MyDiary was developed to support people with complex learning disabilities and has successfully achieved that aim. The principal concept is to provide a constant link between supported people and their carers, support administration staff and family/friends of the supported people.

This constant communication via highly secure data links provides a vast range of services that can be accessed on a wide range of IT platforms, including PC’s, laptops, tablets and smart phones. This flexibility  enables users to be able keep in contact wherever they are, and whether they are a care administrator, family member or friend.

The Mydiary software consists of three key elements, MyDiary Admin, MyDiary At Home and MyDiary Family. These three elements communicate to provide constant monitoring via highly secure data servers in secure UK data centres.
